Overview of this product series

This series of high-frequency chargers adopts LLC topology. It has the advantages of small size and high conversion efficiency. The charger adopts 3P 220-600VAC Input voltage, adopts forced air cooling, and has functions such as input overvoltage, undervoltage, output overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, output short circuit, and fan failure protection.

Charging Process

Basic Function

The First Power OBC converts both single-phase and three-phase alternating current into direct current, creating galvanic isolation between the public AC grid and the DC system of the industrial fleet. This configuration enables secure battery charging while safeguarding the integrity of both grids. Charging operations are managed via a CAN interface, allowing the charger to adjust current and voltage based on signals received from the CAN. To prevent potential battery damage, the charger suspends the charging process if it does not receive signals for approximately 0.2 seconds.
