Returns Policy

1. Basic Conditions for applying for return and exchange:

a. Replacement can only be for the same type or the same amount of the same price products

b. Please contact customer service to confirm that there are quality problems when receiving the goods, inform the specific situation of quality problems, 

product quantity, and take photos to provide relevant evidence to customer service

c. If you need to return goods, you must ensure that the outer package is complete and the package is not removed, which will not affect the secondary sales.


2. About Freight

a. All returns/replacements need to be sent back to the customer in advance of the freight, cash on delivery express, will be rejected.

b. The second return/exchange does not enjoy the freight subsidy.
