Product Usage
This series of products is mainly suitable for kitchens in restaurants, hotels,
industrial and mining enterprises, government agencies, schools, hospitals
and other units, for steaming food, cooking noodles, stewing soup,
boiling brine and so on. Especially suitable for food processing in supermarkets
and shopping malls where the use of gas open flames is prohibited.
Product features and technical parameters
Key points for installation and use
1. Place the stove steadily and adjust it to a horizontal position.
2. Connect tap water to the inlet valve (the float valve automatically controls the inlet and water volume).
3. Connect the power supply with leakage protection device and ground the grounding wire!
Check the water volume (at least 1/2 of the water tank) and ensure there are no errors in the wiring.
Turn the combination knob switch to the "heating" position to start working.
When steaming is complete and only food needs to be insulated, turn the beginning to "insulation"
5. After the work is completed, the stove switch and the main power switch must be turned off.
Fault repair
1. Clean and flush the water tank daily to prevent the accumulation of dirt on the electric heating tube from affecting the heating effect.
2. Do not directly touch the electric heating tube with your hands during work to avoid danger!
3. If a malfunction occurs, it should be immediately stopped and professional personnel should be notified to contact the supplier as soon as possible.
